Making A Purchase Making a purchase of electric gates and automation kits could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on the title of any items that you wish to buy and add them to your shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch & Solo. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Back ordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet. Cancellations or returns must be notified within fourteen working days of delivery and goods returned in original saleable condition at buyers expense. Cost of delivery will not be refunded.

Shipping And Handling Shipping and handling charges are included for UK mainland - please enquire for shipping elsewhere

Delivery Schedule We process your order the day it is received. Orders received before 1pm on a working day will normally be shipped that day. We will normally send your order to you by next day courier . International orders are generally received in under 10 days.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges 20% Vat will be added to all sales

Guarantee All our electric gate and automation products carry a minimum 12 month manufacturers warranty. Many products have a longer warranty and this is included in the item descriptions. The warranty on all goods supplied by Remote Control Gates is on a return for repairs basis and we do not send out advance replacements. At our discretion and only to credit account holders Remote Control Gates Co may agree to send out advanced replacements although this service is not to be expected. Garage Door & Gate Co Ltd shall not be liable in any way for failure of any product supplied, nor be liable for labour costs involved in replacing faulty items or fault finding. An advance replacement will be invoiced and only credited if the returned item is found to be faulty under warranty. Any carriage charges will not be reimbursed.

Cancellations And Returns Returns other than warranty or faulty items must be notified within fourteen working days of delivery and goods returned to us us at 682 Anlaby Rd Hull in original saleable condition at buyers expense. Cost of delivery will not be refunded.
