GATES
The gates are manufactured from heavy duty steel box section and tube, details as follows;
Outer frame 40mm x 40mm
Main bars 20 diameter
Infill "dog" bars 16mm diameter
Overall width from outside edges of posts 10'8"
Opening between posts 10'
Height 6'
Other sizes can be supplied. Anything smaller than this made to measure will be the same price.
The gates will normally be supplied with the Fleur del Lys style finial in the detailed pictures. It is also possible to supply the gates with ball type finials as in the installed picture if desired. Arched tops are also available at a slightly higher price.
POSTS
100mmx100mm steel box section with caps
The gates and posts are supplied in bare steel and will need to be prepared (we recommend they are wire brushed / degreased / primed) and painted by yourself. It is possible to have these galvanized if required at a cost of around £200.
AUTOMATION
The system is automated with the popular V2 MOOV400 electric gate automation kit This is a full featured high quality system.. It is an Italian manufactured CE marked system and complies with current European safety legislation. Please beware of kits for sale with US approvals only which are often inferior chinese manufactured items. All systems fitted in UK and Europe must be CE approved - it is the law!
This automation system has a three year warranty
supplied with two high quality secure rolling code transmitters, Easy install control panel with weather proof enclosure, Vandal resistant internal antenna. One set of safety beams
The warning safety beacon is not normally included but can be supplied FOC if required and requested - the majority of people don't fit these!
Manual release system for use in the event of power failure (two keys are supplied)
Comprehensive installation instructions
The brackets for the automation have been welded to the posts in the correct position so that the post can be fixed
next to a wall and still achieve full opening. The positioning of the automation is often something that people struggle with a little and with this system this has already been taken care of.
You will need to concrete in the posts and supply power to the gates and cable accross the opening for the second motor and photocell safety beam. The main power supply cable is not supplied but we will supply cable for the local installation at the gate. You will need to mount the control box, photocells etc.
DELIVERY
Delivery UK mainland within 250 miles of Hull is available at a cost of £100. Collection from East Yorkshire by arrangement is not a problem. there may be a few days lead time depending on demand . Please enquire for delivery beyond 250 miles.
